Esteban Tapella

Master in Rural Development and PhD in Human Ecology, with more than thirty years of work in community development and social evaluation. He has been a consultant for the European Union, the World Bank, FAO, UNDP and DEval, among other organizations.

 

Pablo Rodríguez-Bilella

He holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Sussex (United Kingdom), is a researcher at CONICET, and serves as Director of PETAS. He brings expertise in collaborative approaches, grounded theory, and the use of evaluation findings.

 

Vanesa Castro

She holds a PhD in Social Sciences and Arts and Humanities and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Her research focuses on the evaluation of public policies from a gender and territorial development perspective, and she facilitates participatory monitoring and evaluation workshops.

 

M. Alejandra Lucero-Manzano

She holds a PhD in Social Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Development Cooperation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She promotes participatory methodologies with a gender perspective and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in knowledge management.
