Today we share the second part of the third chapter of EvalParticipativa’s PODCAST series. It is an inspiring conversation  with our friend and colleague Óscar Jara Holliday (Spanish with English subtitles).

Oscar, a Peruvian who has lived in Costa Rica for several decades, has promoted the theory and practice of the fields that give title to the chapter of the Podcast: Evaluation, Systematisation and Popular Education. Oscar reflects with and for us on the encounters and potential of these fields for participatory evaluation.
